This is a very simple and quick to make recipe that you can try out at home and is featured on our Bologna Cookery Holiday. Ingredients
- 300g Beef-cut into strips and floured
- 100g Butter
- 300ml Balsamic Vinegar
- Salt & Pepper
- Radicchio to garnish


Instructions

  • Flour beef and melt butter in frying pan
  • Cook beef over high heat for 2-3 minutes
  • Add balsamic vinegar and cook for a further 2-3minutes (or less depending how you like meat cooked)
  • Add a handful of chopped radicchio before serving
