Ingredients
- 150g chopped Sausage
- 150g chopped Mushrooms
- 150g Radicchio
- 50g Butter
- Cream to taste
Instructions
- Melt butter and gently fry sausage and mushroom till soft
- Add in the chopped radicchio leaves
- Then add in the cream
- Cook pasta and add to the sauce
