All our Italian Cookery Schools in Italy are unique in that they are private palazzos or luxury villas that we use exclusively for our cookery courses. We have specially selected them to have at least 5 ensuite-bedrooms, a large kitchen – big enough to accommodate 8 guests easily and to have plenty outside space where guests can relax with a book, or snooze in the sun!

Tuscany

Tuscany simply needs no introduction. Bologna

The city of a hundred towers. Even by Italian standards, Bologna has a reputation for 'La Dolce Vita'. The citys reputation as 'La Grassa' - the fat one - refers to a highly cultured society that appreciates both good and excellent wines! The numerous delicatessens and markets in the city are pure theatre, brimming with charm and atmosphere. Any Flavours cookery holiday in Bologna is sure to be a true Italian gastronomic experience!

Sicily

Puglia

Puglia sits at the remote heel of Italy's boot. Our Cooking Holidays are held at the beautiful Casino Pisanelli, this 18th century hideaway is surrounded by acres of Olive groves. The light is bright and clear and the area is awash with seaside colours, which permeate into the way the food of the region is presented with vibrant colours and often a rustic feel to it.
