	Happy Birthday Flavours! 2008 is our 10th Anniversary and I’ve been wondering over the last ten years of Italian cookery holidays just how many kilos of pasta have been consumed, not to mention gallons of olive oil and litres of wine…well, we’ve given the Italian lakes a run for their money for sure! I also remember our first brochure back in 1998, and my naïve enthusiasm that just a few adverts in the right newspapers would have us oversubscribed! Now, who was it that said hindsight is such an exact science…?! The most important part of Flavours for me is of course you the guests, and without doubt my happiest memories are based around the dining table at the end of the day, enjoying good food, wine flowing and the conversation continuing long into the night. Oh I know, I’ve forgotten the famous limoncello (there may be a reason for this!?)
