Gnocchi
Gnocchi
| The following recipe will serve 4

Ingredients
- 1 Kg White Potatoes
- 200 g Flour
- 1 Egg
- Salt
Instructions
- Wash the potatoes
- Steam, cook, or boil them in salty water for 40 minutes
- Once cooked, let them cool a bit, take the skin off and crush them in a big bowl
- Then let them cool completely
- Add the flour, the egg, a pinch of salt and work together until the mixture is soft
- Divide the mixture into pieces and work one by one
- Roll out the mixture on a chopping board till you get it into a diameter of about 2cm
- Cut the rolled mixture into little pieces, about 2cm in length
- Put them on a floured dish towel, keeping them away one each other so that they don't stick
Since the potatoes are already cooked, you just need to add the gnocchi to boiling water for a few minutes and then mix in your favourite sauce!!!
