Tonno e Pesche - Pan Grilled Tuna & Peaches

Ingredients
- 200g tuna per person
- 1 fresh peach per person
- Fresh mint
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper to season

Instructions

  • Slice tuna into pieces about 3 or 4 inches long and about 1 inch wide
  • Sear tuna in non-stick pan
  • Do not overcook

To Serve
Serve alongside fresh sliced, peeled peaches tossed with extra virgin olive oil and chopped fresh mint
