The following quantities will serve 9:


Ingredients
- 3 Fennels, finely sliced
- 2 Oranges, peeled and sliced
- Olive Oil
- Oregano
- Salt and Pepper


Instructions

  • Mix the fennel, the oranges, the herb and the oil in a bowl
  • Add the vinegar just before serving


If you're a fan of onions then you can add some raw onion rings, the Tropea qualitą is very good for this recipe. Tropea onions come from Calabria, have a red skin and a very distinctive flavour.
