Ingredients
- 500g Potatoes
- Garlic crushed
- Salt & Pepper
- Sprig of Rosemary
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Instructions
- Peel potatoes and cut into cubes
- Precook for 5 minutes in boiling water before draining and placing on a baking tray
- Add a good amount of extra virgin, fresh rosemary, salt & pepper to season
- Cook in oven at 180C for approx 45 minutes
