Pilates holidays in Sicily Itinerary

New for 2009 our Pilates holidays in Sicily offer a unique experience of this exotic island. What could be better than al fresco Pilates in the golden sun looking out over ancient olive groves and the deep blue of the Mediterranean ocean, all from the comfort of a luxurious private villa! We have put together an actuve yet relaxing itinerary for our Pilates vacations in Sicily.

Saturday

Arrive 16:00 at Catania airport, transfer to venue, after settling in, take part in your first pilates lesson followed by dinner.

Sunday

Early morning tea/fruit followed by morning pilates lesson in the sun. Lunch served on the terrace. In the afternoon visit the archaeological site of Camarina, to see the ancient Greek ruins. Later you are invited to a historic Sicilian villa to wander around the garden and then take the private path down to the beach for a swim. Return to villa for pilates lesson beore dinner.

Monday

Early morning tea/fruit followed by pilates lesson. After breakfast visit to Scoglitti and its street market, particularly well known for its first-class fish. Lunch back at the villa. Free afternoon before evening pilates lesson followed by dinner.

Tuesday

Early morning tea/fruit followed by Pilates lesson. After breakfast visit to Siracusa and Noto. Lunch in Siracusa and visit to Noto during the afternoon with ice cream tasting. Return to the villa for pilates lesson before dinner.

Wednesday

Early morning tea/fruit followed by Pilates lesson. Lunch - in the afternoon wine tasting at Cantina Valle dell'Acate. Return to the villa for dinner.

Thursday

Early morning tea/fruit followed by Pilates lesson. Lunch in the afternoon visit to Modica with chocolate tasting and dinner out in Ibla, the splendid baroque district of Ragusa. Our blog has a fantastic city guide to Modica if you would like to find out more.

Friday

Early morning tea/fruit followed by Pilates lesson. Lunch - free afternoon before final Pilates lesson then dinner.

Saturday

After an early breakfast you will be transferred to the airport to get your 8.40am flight to Gatwick.
