The following quantities will serve 9 people:


Ingredients
- 30 Cherry Tomatoes
- Pesto alla Genovese


Instructions

  • Cut the top off all the cherry tomatoes and scoop out the flesh
  • Rest upside down on a paper towel to absorb the liquid
  • Finally fill them with Pesto such as Pesto alla Genovese
