Flavours Italian Cookery Holidays have been popular with the press, attracting plenty of coverage since our inception in 1998. We have welcomed journalists from the trade, specialist and national press at all our venues, from Villa Segalato in Tuscany, to the beautiful Casino Pisanelli Cookery School in Puglia. The market for our specialist holidays in Italy has grown every year since we have opened and we love to see our name in print!

During 2006 we had a BBC TV crew visit us at our Puglia Cookery Shcool and had great fun filming for the BBC Holiday Programme which aired in December 2006 just in time for Christmas.


In 2007 we were featured in the Scotsman magazine, Homes & Gardens and the Sunday Express, full details of which you can find in our What the Press are Saying about Us section. This year we are welcoming journalists from newspapers, magazines and the internet, so keep an eye out in the press for our name.
