Puglia Recipes

Fish is a local staple and bought at the nearby fish markets in Gallipoli. Other ingredients that feature on the weekly menu include local cheese such as fresh ricotta, burrata and mozzarella. Whilst the local alimentari supply fresh vegetables, pulses and herbs.

On our Cookery Courses in Italy we only use the finest and freshest local produce from the region

So, what will you learn with us during your stay in Puglia?
