Sfoglia alla Pancetta


Sfoglia alla Pancetta, is a tart made from puff pastry with pancetta and rosemary and features on our Ravenna Cookery Holidays as well as on our course in Bologna. The following quantites will serve 9 people:


Ingredients
- 300g of puff pastry dough, homemade or 1 roll of puff pastry dough
- Fresh Rosemary, finely chopped
- 15 slices of lightly Smoked Pancetta
- Salt


Instructions

  • Roll out the dough, spread it with the mix of rosemary and salt and put the slices of pancetta over it
  • Roll the puff pastry, cut it into slices and bake them in at 180° until golden and crispy and serve immediately
