First Course

• Pasta Alla Norma - A dish that combines eggplant, tomatoes, basil and ricotta (V)
• Insalata di Finocchio e Arance - A Fennel and Orange Salad (V)

Main Dishes

• Braciole di Pesce Spada alla Ghiotta - Swordfish rolls in a tomato sauce
• Caponata di Melanzane - This dish is a cross between a relish and a cooked vegetable salad (V)
