Ingredients
- 150g Chopped Sausage
- 150g Chopped Mushrooms
- 150g Radicchio
- 50g Butter
- Cream to taste


Instructions

  • Melt the butter and gently fry the sausage and mushroom till soft
  • Add in the chopped radicchio leaves and then the cream
  • Cook the pasta and then add to the sauce
