Ingredients
- 150g Chopped Sausage
- 150g Chopped Mushrooms
- 150g Radicchio
- 50g Butter
- Cream to taste

Instructions

Melt the butter and gently fry the sausage and mushroom till soft
Add in the chopped radicchio leaves and then the cream
Cook the pasta and then add to the sauce
