Our Cookery School in Bologna is situated in the beautiful surroundings of Palazzo Minelli which is 25 minutes drive from the city of Bologna. The Minelli family use the palazzo as their summer residence. Their main business is agriculture and the family have lived for many years in South America so speak fluent Spanish as well as English. They supply our cookery school with local parmesan, milk and organic meat.
So who’s cooking at the Flavours Cookery School in Bologna? Well, we have a grande total of three in all. All wonderful cooks and all with different Italian speciality dishes to make your cookery holiday a truly mouthwatering experience!

Her speciality is traditional dishes of the region and she's a dab hand at making Tortellini with ragu sauce. The region is famous for it's towers with the traditional dish of Tortellini coming a close second. |
Piera
Joining Livia on Sunday is Piera, a very special lady indeed. While we're not at liberty to discussion Piera’s age, suffice to say, she's been doing this for a long time and knows her stuff. She'll show you how to create a traditional, typical Sunday dinner, that will definitely satisfy the taste buds.
Riccardo
On Monday you have a cooking lesson with Riccardo, who will show you how to create Italian dishes that are a little more contemporary in style.
