Our Cookery School in Bologna is situated in the beautiful surroundings of Palazzo Minelli which is 25 minutes drive from the city of Bologna. The Minelli family use the palazzo as their summer residence. Their main business is agriculture and the family have lived for many years in South America so speak fluent Spanish as well as English. They supply our Bologna Cookery School with local parmesan, milk and organic meat.

Piera

Piera is a very special lady indeed. While we're not at liberty to discussion Piera’s age, suffice to say, she's been doing this for a long time and knows her stuff. She'll show you how to create a traditional, typical Italian food, that will definitely satisfy the taste buds.

Riccardo

On Monday you have a cooking lesson with Riccardo, who will show you how to create Italian dishes that are a little more contemporary in style.
