Our cooking course in Sicily is a new addition to the family and 2008 is the first year we are running this course. At the helm in Sicily is, Simone who is both your host and chef. Simone is also our chef in Tuscany...what can we say...the man loves to cook!

Simone is passionate about food...and wants to instill that passion in others. And where better to do that than in the beautiful surroundings of a private Sicilian estate which dates back to 1848.
