Our Cookery Holiday in Tuscany runs during the months of March, April, May and October with our venue being Villa Toscana. If you're interested in the dishes that you'll be learning during your stay with us, then you can view a sample of recipes that are featured on our Tuscan Cookery Course in Italy to see what type of culinary treats we've got in store for you.

Day 1
Arrive Pisa airport, met by Flavours host and transfer to Villa Toscana, which is situated in the hills above Lucca.
Welcome drinks and dinner on the terrace.
Day 2
Enjoy a hands-on cookery lesson with Sunshine, lunch and time to relax. Afternoon tutored wine tasting. Dinner at Villa.
Day 3
The second cookery lesson with Simone is in the morning followed by lunch. In the afternoon there is a visit to Lucca where you'll have time to explore the city on foot before joining the "in crowd" for an aperitivo in the Piazza del Mercato - built on the site of a Roman ampitheatre. This evening dinner will be at a great little restuarant called Amodonostro - meaning 'in our own way'- offering a modern take on Tuscan food.
Day 4
The third and final cookery lesson with Sunshine takes places in the morning followed by lunch and afternoon departure back to the airport
