Tuscany Italian Cooking Short Break Holiday

New for 2009/2010 we now offer short break cooking holidays close to Florence, this region of Tuscany nicknamed the gem of Italy is easily accessible for most regional airports. Our villa is nestled on a typical Tuscan hillside next to the delightful small town of San Miniato. Day 1

Arrive Pisa airport, met by Flavours host and transfer to Villa Maria, which is situated midway between the delightful towns of Lucca and Florence. Welcome drinks

and dinner.

Day 2

Enjoy a hands-on cookery lesson with our local Flavours chef followed by lunch and time to relax by the villa’s pool. Afternoon visit to a local wine producer for private wine tasting. Dinner at the villa.

Day 3

After breakfast we have our second cooking lesson followed by lunch. In the afternoon there is a visit to Florence the world famous renaissance city. The city needs no introduction and certainly lives up to it’s reputation. The evening dinner will be at a trattoria in central Florence

Day 4

The third and final cookery lesson takes place in the morning followed by lunch and afternoon departure back to the airport
