This is a delicious cake, rich and easy to prepare. In Italy it is a tradition to have dried fruit during Christmas time. Ingredients
- 3 Eggs
- 200g 00 Flour
- 200g Sugar
- 100g Dark Chocolate (melted)
- 200g Walnuts
- 100g Raisins
- 0.25g Baking Powder
Instructions
- Place the eggs and sugar in a mixing bowl and mix
- Then add the rest of the ingredients and mix everything together
- Put ina cake pan and oven cook for about 30 minutes at 160°
