    Holiday Itinerary

    Day 1 -

Welcome to Morocco! You will arrive at the villa where you can settle in, meet your chef and host and enjoy welcome drinks. Dinner this evening is at the villa, prepared by your chef.

    Day 2 -

Today you have your first cookery lesson with the chef, enjoying the results for lunch. The afternoon is free to enjoy as you wish – relax by the pool, wander around the villa’s grounds, or enjoy the stunning views of the Atlas mountains. Dinner is prepared for you at the villa.

    Day 3 -

After breakfast, you’ll travel to the beautiful Majorelle Gardens in Marrakech, an oasis of calm in the heart of the bustling city, with the option of also visiting the Yves Saint Laurent Museum. You will return to the villa for lunch before spending the afternoon relaxing. Dinner will be served at the villa this evening.

    Day 4 -

Today we will head out to Marrakech to explore the Medina with a local guide and discover Moroccan cuisine and culture – from the street food scene to centuries-old traditions. We will start with a wander through the market, where you can see the pastry for pastilla being prepared and shop the market stalls for local produce. Stop for a street food breakfast, sampling classic Moroccan treats before visiting a local bread oven for more delicious samples! Take a tea break in the spice square, made with blends grown in the nearby Ourika Valley, before enjoying an authentic Moroccan lunch at a spot only the locals know about! We will return to the villa in the afternoon to relax before dinner prepared by your chef.

    Day 5 -

Today we will spend the morning in the kitchen, for your second cooking lesson with your chef, creating some of the wonderful Morrocan dishes you have discovered! After sampling your own dishes for lunch, you are free to relax by the pool, wander around the villa’s grounds, use the villa’s in-house Hammam spa, or enjoy the stunning views of the Atlas mountains. Dinner will be served at the villa.

    Day 6 -

Today we will visit a local saffron farm, where the saffron will be flowering, making for some spectacularly colourful views, with the Atlas Mountains towering behind. You will have the chance to taste some saffron products before we return to the villa for lunch prepared by your chef. Spend the afternoon relaxing at the villa or take this chance to visit the Medina for a spot of shopping. This evening we will dine out at one of our favourite restaurants in Marrakech.

    Day 7 -

After breakfast, you will have your final cookery lesson and lunch. Make the most of your last afternoon relaxing at the villa, with another chance to use the Hammam spa. In the evening, celebrate with a farewell dinner prepared by your chef.

    Day 8 -

After breakfast, the group transfer will collect you and take you back to Marrakech airport for your flight home.
