Online Pilates Classes

Our online Pilates classes are led by our expert instructors who are all trained in Body Control Pilates. This style of Pilates is based on the principles of the founder, Joseph Pilates, and perfectly couples toning your body with combating health problems such as back pain and arthritis.

You’ll be part of a small group, which gives you plenty of time to work with your Pilates instructor. Our classes are suitable for any age or ability and the courses are guaranteed to leave you feeling rejuvenated, healthier and refreshed.

All you need to do is find some space in your home with a mat or a towel and come in comfortable clothing and leave the rest to our Pilates instructors!

Catherine Crompton

Pilates with Catherine Crompton

Catherine Crompton trained as a Pilates instructor after she used Pilates as a rehabilitation method after an injury. She values Pilates as she knows firsthand that it can help with many medical conditions including stress and anxiety. Catherine is a certified Level 3 Matwork instructor, as well as a back care professional.

Charlotte Cirell

Charlotte Cirell qualified as a Body Control Pilates teacher in 2003, following a career break. She loves teaching and practising Pilates for the flexibility and strength benefits and the feel-good factor after every class. Charlotte specialises in Pilates for low back pain, pregnancy and bone health.

Diane Parilla

Diane Parilla professionally trained with the Royal Ballet School in London. After an injury in 2002, she trained to become a qualified Body Control Pilates instructor. She has continuously developed her knowledge, gaining multiple qualifications in matwork and equipment use.

Eleanor Crossland

Eleanor Crossland is a Level 3 Body Control Pilates teacher, focusing on the benefits of non-impact exercise to strengthen and tone the body. Ele shares her passion for Pilates with both new and experienced learners, and takes pleasure in teaching people to develop their strength, confidence and enthusiasm through workouts.

Jo Luckman

Pilates with Jo Luckman

Jo Luckman has been a Body Control Pilates Matwork instructor since 2002. She has continued to develop and extend her skills by attending courses run by Body Control Pilates as well as workshops in the Franklin Method under the New Pilates School amongst others.

Johanna Dollerson trained in London with the Australian Physiotherapy & Pilates Institute (APPI) and has been practicing Pilates for more than ten years. Her driving motivation is seeing her clients build strength and control to develop active lifestyles – particularly to enjoy the great outdoors!

Mandy Parr is an experienced Body Control Pilates instructor and a firm believer in incorporating Pilates into your daily routine so it becomes your way of life! She’s been teaching Pilates since 2003, and is trained in Intermediate and Advanced Matwork.
