About our Returns Policy

The terms and conditions detailed in this “Returns Policy” apply to all products and hamper purchases from the Flavours Online shop.

Your right to cancel

In accordance with 2014 Consumer Contracts Regulations, You have the right to cancel an online order up to 14 days after you receive your goods. If your order consists of multiple goods, the 14 days runs from when you receive the last package.

When cancelling an order after delivery, you agree to return the goods to us in full, resalable condition.

Your right to return

If your order arrives damaged or not as described, or if you simply change your mind, you may return your online purchase. The full cost of both the product and outbound postage will be refunded to you within 14 days of returning items. We recommend you obtain proof of postage when returning goods. Should you live locally, you may also bring your order directly to our Edinburgh office.

How to cancel

Please call us on the number below and be ready to quote your order number. Alternatively you may give us written notice of your cancellation. You must include your order number and specify which goods you wish to return. This can be requested via:

Flavours will not be responsible for the postage cost of cancelled goods.

How to arrange an exchange / return.

Should your order arrive faulty, damaged or not as described you may ask for it to be exchanged for another product or to arrange a refund. To do so, you may contact us on:

Please quote your order number, detail any issues with the product and indicate whether you would like an exchange or full refund. This will be processed within 14 days of receiving your return. As per your rights as a consumer, Flavours will cover the cost of returning faulty goods. We may ask for a photograph of any damage to products.
