Spending a week with people you have never met before is always something of a lottery. On this holiday all of the stars were aligned. The villa was excellent, the host was very good and the staff could not have been more accommodating. The pilates teacher was first class and finally, and probably most importantly, all of the people on the holiday got on well together and we had a fantastic time. Flavours holidays like this introduce you to new friends that you will keep in touch with in the future.

It was all fabulous. We had the best time. Perfect chef, host, and tutour. Also lovely to meet Lorna and Frank. It's a big, happy family. We were treated like royalty. Thank you. Absolutely no negatives.

Everything was wonderful. Favourite part painting outside and excursions. Felt very well looked after and relaxed.

It was an excellent week. Ivan and Federico were absolutely outstanding and went out of their way to welcome us, and they really did give us a tremendous holiday. The cookery lessons were great. The excursions were good. Volterra and Bolgheri were both delightful. The meal out on Thursday evening was a perfect evening.
