Come and experience true rest and relaxation on the banks of Loch Lomond on this 5 day wellness retreat. Enjoy guided meditation and Pilates practice with your teacher, Ros Hoyes. The addition of Mindfulness to your practice will deepen the Pilates experience, as you learn to quieten your mind and stay present in the moment. Your very own chef will make sure you enjoy the best food and drink Scotland has to offer.
Rosalind Hoyes has been teaching Pilates since qualifying in Body Control Pilates in 2004. To add to her Pilates practice, Rosalind also recently gained a teaching certification in ‘Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction’ with Bangor University. She brings elements of the Mindfulness philosophy into all areas of her teaching practice and strongly believes in the power of being in the present.

Fàilte gu Loch Lomond! You will arrive at your stunning loch side Estate where you can settle in, meet your host, chef and Pilates Instructor and enjoy a traditional afternoon tea with welcome drinks. You then have time to explore the estate and the stunning surrounding acres of land and have a pre-dinner mindfulness session. Join your fellow guests for pre dinner drinks and a traditional Scottish dinner.
Begin the day with your morning Pilates session before breakfast. After breakfast, you spend time with our Nutritionist and chat all about good foods and the benefits. Lunch will be at the estate. After lunch your driver will pick you and take you to the village of Luss, this picturesque conservation village sits on the western shore of Loch Lomond where you can enjoy local walks and local produce. Then its back to the estate for Dinner. After dinner, you will enjoy a Mindfulness session to help you sleep.
Enjoy another morning Pilates session before breakfast. After breakfast our driver will pick you up for and take you to the shores of Loch Lomond for a special cruise. You will sit back and enjoy the sights of this stunning Loch. You will enjoy lunch at a local resturant on the shore and then its time for some retail therapy at the shore. Then its back to the Estate for a Mindfulness session in the afternoon. Dinner that evening will be at the estate prepared for by your chef.
Enjoy another Pilates session before breakfast. After breakfast you can enjoy some of the local walks around the Loch or relax at the estate and enjoy the views. Lunch will be at the estate and then you will have your final mindfulness session in the afternoon. In the evening, you will enjoy a Scottish-style farewell dinner. Slàinte
Wake up to your last Pilates session of the holiday. After breakfast, you have time for one last wander round the grounds of the Estate and any last minute packing before our drivers come to collect you and take you back to Glasgow Airport or Glasgow Central station. Haste ye back!
