Wellness Weekend in Loch Lomond
Experience true rest and relaxation with our new Wellness weekend on the bonnie banks of Loch Lomond. You will enjoy Pilates, Yoga and Mindfulness sessions on this long weekend as we move in the Autumn season.
Rosalind Hoyes has been teaching Pilates since qualifying in Body Control Pilates in 2004. To add to her Pilates practice, Rosalind also recently gained a teaching certification in ‘Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction’ with Bangor University. She brings elements of the Mindfulness philosophy into all areas of her teaching practice and strongly believes in the power of being in the present.
Jackie has over 30yrs Nursing & Midwifery experience. She trained as a fitness instructor with the YMCA in 1996, studied Sports & Remedial Therapy in Dumfries in 2000 & qualified as a Pilates teacher with Rachel Holmes in 2006. She is also a trained phase IV instructor in Cardiac Rehabilitation & an Aqua-cise teacher. Recently, she trained in Diamond Pilates with Cherry Baker & now delivers Pelvic Health workshops in her area. She has her own business as a Sports & Remedial Therapist, also teaching 8-10 Pilates classes a week.
Emma Henry was a yoga practitioner for over ten years before she embarked on her first teacher training course in 2017. With over 450 hours of training, Emma teaches from a place of building a true and accepting relationship with ourselves. Trained in variable anatomy, Emma doesn’t believe that “one size fits all” and encourages students to empower themselves to make their yoga shapes work for their unique body.
You’ll stay in an exclusive Estate which has a subtle blend of the modern and the traditional not to mention the best views of Loch Lomond in the area. With lots of indoor and outdoor space and breathtaking views of the Loch, this is the perfect destination for our taster break. The rooms are all ensuite and uniquely designed for comfort and views of the loch.

Fàilte gu Loch Lomond! You will arrive at your stunning loch side Estate where you can settle in, meet your host, chef and Pilates Instructor and enjoy a traditional afternoon tea with welcome drinks. You then have time to explore the estate and the stunning surrounding acres of land and have a pre-dinner Pilates session. Join your fellow guests for pre dinner drinks and a traditional Scottish dinner.
Begin the day with your morning Pilates session before breakfast. After breakfast, we will enjoy a walk around the local area and visit to beautiful gardens with amazing views of the loch. Lunch will be at the estate. After lunch, you will have a cooking demo with your chef and enjoy a relaxing Pilates session before dinner. Dinner will be at the estate with your fellow guests.
Enjoy your first morning of Yoga before breakfast. After breakfast our driver will pick you up for and take you to the shores of Loch Lomond for a special cruise. You will sit back and enjoy the sights of this stunning Loch. Then its back to the Estate for Lunch and an afternoon of Yoga. Dinner that evening will be at the estate prepared for by your chef.
Wake up to your last yoga session of the holiday. After breakfast, you have time for one last wander round the grounds of the Estate and any last minute packing before our drivers come to collect you and take you back to Glasgow Airport or Glasgow Central station. Haste ye back!
