    Language Holiday in Parma - Itinerary


    Day 1 -

    Benvenuti! Welcome to Parma! At the villa, you can settle in, meet your teacher and host. The afternoon is yours to relax by the pool or explore the area around the villa. Dinner this evening is at the villa, prepared by your chef.

    Day 2 -

    After breakfast, you will have a chat with your Italian tutor to gauge your level of Italian. You will then have your first Italian lesson, followed by lunch at the villa. In the afternoon, you will have a wander around a local town and enjoy an aperitivo and chat with the locals before returning for dinner at the villa prepared for by your chef.

    Day 3 -

    After breakfast, you will spend the day exploring Modena, a vibrant town, birthplace of Pavarotti, and known for the real balsamic vinegar, giant tortellini stuffed with delicious fillings, and sparkling Lambrusco. Enjoy a wander around the cobbled piazza Grande, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, the 11th century Duomo, and the elegant porticoed arcades of the via Emilia house. Enjoy the day sight-seeing or shopping at leisure. Lunch will be in a local trattoria. Return to the villa late afternoon for dinner.

    Day 4 -

    After breakfast, enjoy a lesson with your Italian tutor. You will then have some time to relax at the villa before lunch. In the afternoon, you will enjoy a visit in to amazing Castle Di Tabiano in the grounds of the estate itself. Later you will return to the villa where dinner will be prepared by the chef.

    Day 5 -

    After breakfast, you will have some time to relax at the villa before your first Italian lesson of the day. Lunch will be served at the villa and then in the afternoon you will have a wander to the old dairy and cheese factory for a chance to further improve your language skills by exploring more of the amazing estate, trying local produce and chatting with the locals. Dinner later in the evening will be prepared by your chef at the villa.

    Day 6 -

    This morning you will have another language lesson, followed by lunch. In the afternoon you`ll head to the town of Parma. The elegant city is characterized by historical sites due to its long history and influence from various cultures and its renowned for Prosciutto di Parma and Parmigiano Reggiano. You’ll have a chance to explore and do some shopping before dinner at a local restaurant.

    Day 7 -

    After breakfast, you will have some time to relax at the villa before your first Italian lesson of the day. Lunch will be prepared for you at the villa. This afternoon, you will have your second lesson of the day followed by some time to relax or maybe go for a walk in the area surrounding the villa. Gather for one final Aperitivo Chat session before a special farewell dinner prepared by your chef.

    After breakfast, our transfer will collect you and take you back to Bologna Airport for your flight home. Arrivederci!
