On this eight-day Amici only gourmet break, you will be staying in a typical 19th-century Sicilian villa, with an outdoor swimming pool, and learning to create some of the island’s traditional recipes.

Itinerary
Day 1 - Private transfer to the villa. -
Our Flavours transfer will meet you at Catania Airport and take you to the villa where you will enjoy welcome drinks and dinner prepared by our local chef.
Meals: Dinner
Day 2 - Enjoy your first cooking lesson in the morning, followed by lunch. The afternoon is yours to relax. -
After breakfast, you will have your first cookery lesson with our local chef, enjoying the results for lunch. You are free in the afternoon to relax by the pool or take a wander around the grounds of the villa . Dinner is served at the villa.

Day 3 - Head out on your first excursion to visit local towns and explore -
After breakfast, you will leave the villa to visit the coastal town of Siracusa and take a wander through its ancient streets. You and your fellow guests will have lunch at a local trattoria. Next, travel to Noto where you can visit their beautiful cathedral or stop at a traditional gelateria to taste the local ice cream. Tonight’s dinner will be at the villa, prepared by your chef

Day 4 - Enjoy a tour at a local vineyard and have your second cookery lesson. -
After breakfast, you will be in the kitchen for your second cooking lesson with your chef and enjoy the results for lunch. This afternoon you will then visit a local village before a private tour and wine tasting at a local vineyard. You will return to the villa for dinner, prepared by your chef.

Day 5: Another cookery lesson with time to relax in the afternoon and dinner at the villa. -
After breakfast, enjoy another hands-on cookery lesson followed by lunch at the villa. This afternoon is free to relax by the pool. Dinner this evening is at the villa.

Day 6: A cookery lesson in the morning followed by another exciting excursion. -
You will have another cookery lesson this morning, enjoying the results for lunch. The afternoon will be spent exploring the stunning town of Ragusa and have an evening meal at our favourite local restaurant.

Day 7: Have your final cookery lesson and enjoy some time relaxing by the pool. -
Following breakfast, enjoy your final cookery lesson and then lunch. You will be free to relax for the afternoon at the villa. In the evening, the chef will prepare your farewell meal at the villa.

Day 8: Enjoy an early breakfast before our transfer takes you back to Catania Airport. Arrivederci! -
After breakfast, our transfer will collect you and take you back to the airport for your flight home. Arrivederci!
