Following your enquiry, we may get in touch with you by phone, email or post to discuss your enquiry and to keep you informed of holidays we believe may be of interest to you.

Once your holiday booking is made with us, the following additional information is collected to help administer your booking and to ensure you receive the best possible customer service: –

  • Details of those travelling with you when included in your booking
  • Payment information relating to your booking
  • Sensitive personal data relevant to your booking e.g. health or disability information
  • Any special dietary requirements you wish catered for during your holiday
  • Relevant passport Information
  • Your date of birth
  • Once transacted, we do not store you credit or debit card details.  All card information is destroyed immediately after each transaction.  We will contact you when further balance payments are required.

Your data is retained for the maximum statutory period after your last communication with us unless your consent has been withdrawn, as outlined below.

Please remember you can opt-out and unsubscribe from our mailing list at any time and you will never be asked to share sensitive information by email.

Telephone calls

We monitor and record in-bound and out-bound calls for training purposes and to enhance customer service.

The majority of information we hold about you will be used and stored within the UK.  However, when you book a holiday with us we may require to transfer some of your information to your holiday destination.  Please be assured the transfer of information is transferred securely.
