The friendship that was shared with all the guests, which was initiated by Carla and Claudia, was the highlight of the holiday for me.

Carla and Claudia were the best part of this holiday. Carla is an amazing chef and has such a great sense of humour. Despite our language differences we still managed a laugh each lesson. She was so kind and helpful. I will miss her so much. Claudia was also amazing. She has such a passion for her work and her home town of Modica. She is a stunning host and there is nothing she will not do for you, i will miss her so much as well.nThe cooking lessons were clear and easy to follow. I feel so much more confident now cooking pasta and also cooking vegetarian food. The Vila was gorgeous and my room was comfy and very clean. nOverall i had an amazing week. I will certainly do this type of holiday again. Thank you Flavours for being so organised.

The cooking lessons were very enjoyable: Carla is an excellent teacher, with a sense of fun. Our small group laughed and sang and danced our way through the recipes. Carla demonstrated each process well and I feel confident to try the recipes at home. nClaudia is an excellent hostess: she is utterly charming and alert to the guests needs. I was struggling emotionally with my first holiday since being widowed, and Claudia was very compassionate and caring (as was Carla). Nothing was too much trouble - you are very lucky to have her back working for you. nThe evening meal was a little disappointing the first couple of days but after that the range and choice was greatly improved: Carla works tirelessly. nCarla also, provided a special cake for me, for a special intention, and I really appreciated her help with this.

Pilates was exceptional, Hannah was so accomplished and a perfect teacher.
