Come and join us in our new destination of Seville for a truly inspired gastro experience where you will be cooking up a storm with our local Andalusian chef. Where better to taste iberico ham than the famous Cinco Jotas bodega- a true taste sensation for foodies. Not to mention your visit to Seville itself where you will wander through the array of different cultures and will visit an authentic taberna for lunch enjoying ‘tapas’.
Your Accommodation
A beautiful family retreat nestled in a 1000-acre of farm estate surrounded by rolling hills of the Jabugo region, southwest of Andalucía. Completely restored and decorated with antiques and works of art adorning the walls. The Hacienda is air-conditioned throughout and includes a gym and Spa.

Holiday Itinerary
Day 1 -
Bienvenido! Welcome to Sevilla! On arrival you will be taken by private minibus in our group transfer to the villa where you can settle in, meet your teacher and chef and enjoy welcome drinks. The afternoon is yours to relax by the pool or explore the grounds around the villa. Dinner this evening is at the villa, prepared by your chef.
Day 2 -
After breakfast enjoy your first cooking lesson followed by lunch. This afternoon is free to enjoy at the villa or the pool area before dinner.
Day 3 -
Today, you will head to Seville and visit the famous Plaza de Espana and the Santa Cruz quarter of the city. We’ll stop for lunch at our favourite local taberna, with more time in the afternoon to explore this historic city and learn all about the mixing point of cultures that have influenced local recipes. Return to the villa late afternoon for dinner, prepared by your chef.
Day 4 -
Another cooking lesson this morning followed by lunch, the afternoon is yours to explore the grounds of this amazing working farm and dinner will be prepared by your chef at the villa.
Day 5 -
After breakfast, we will visit Almonaster La Real a charming little town with amazing views and gothic architecture and we will have an aperitif together before heading to Aracena, a typical Andalusian village with white-washed houses contrasting against the green landscape of the mountains. Enjoy tapas in the main square with locals and explore this quaint village. Dinner will be at the villa this evening.
Day 6 -
Enjoy a cooking lesson this morning after lunch Later in the afternoon you will enjoy a tasting of typical Andalusian food and drink at a local Bodega birthplace of Jamon Iberico. Then its back to the villa for dinner.
Day 7 -
After breakfast, you will have your final cooking lesson in the kitchen preparing lunch. The rest of the day is yours to enjoy at the villa or by the pool before our farewell dinner.
Day 8 -
After breakfast, some time to pack before the group transfer will collect you and take you back to Seville airport for your flight home. Adios.
