Watercolour painting of harbour, boats and sea in marzamemi, sicily.

Sicily is an island of contrasts -from fertile volcanic land, ancient and arid ruins to baroque style architecture – it offers beautiful compositions for painters. Its stunning location in the middle of the Mediterranean means it is blessed with good weather, ideal for painting outside. Our experienced painting tutors will guide you to the best painting spots.  We have carefully designed our painting holidays in Italy as a complete artistic journey from start to finish. For our painting holidays in Sicily, we are based at an authentic yet modern villa located on a private estate in the south-east of the island.

It was great being able to relax and enjoy painting in beautiful surroundings in a lovely climate with a very helpful and encouraging tutor.
