Stay in a charming villa, surrounded by stunning landscapes, with walks, Pilates, and plenty of relaxation.
Accomodation
We will be based at Villa Rio Tinto, a beautiful family retreat nestled in 1000 acres of farm estate surrounded by rolling hills of the Jabugo region, southwest of Andalusía. We will spend the week exploring the surrounding area whilst being fantastically watered and fed by our own in-house chef.

Taster Holiday Itinerary
Day 1 - Bienvenido! Arrival and group transfer to the villa.
Bienvenido! Welcome to Sevilla! On arrival you will be taken by private minibus in our group transfer to the villa where you can settle in, meet your host and chef and enjoy welcome drinks. The afternoon is yours to relax by the pool or explore the grounds around the villa. Dinner this evening is at the villa, prepared by your chef.
Day 2 - Cooking lesson followed by lunch. Spanish lesson with a local teacher in afternoon
After breakfast enjoy your first cooking lesson followed by lunch. This afternoon, your local Spanish teacher will arrive to give you your first Spanish lesson. Dinner will be prepared by your chef.
Day 3 - Visit to Seville’s Plaza de España and old quarter with lunch at a local taberna
Today, you will head to Seville and visit the famous Plaza de Espana and the old quarter of the city. We’ll stop for lunch at our favourite local taberna, with more time in the afternoon to explore this historic city and learn all about the mixing point of cultures that have influenced local recipes. Return to the villa late afternoon for dinner, prepared by your chef.
Day 4 - Spanish lesson followed by lunch. Visit to a local cheese farm in the afternoon
After breakfast, join your teacher for another Spanish lesson followed by lunch. This afternoon, you’ll head to a local cheese farm where you can help make and sample local produce. Return to the villa late afternoon for dinner, prepared by your chef.
Day 5 - Visit to Aracena, an Andalusian village.
After breakfast, we’ll head to Aracena, a typical Andalusian village with white-washed houses contrasting against the green landscape of the mountains. Explore this quaint village before enjoying tapas in a local restaurant. This afternoon, return to the villa for another Spanish lesson. Dinner will be at the villa this evening.
Day 6 - Traditional Spanish fan (Abanico) making
Enjoy another cooking lesson this morning, later this afternoon, you’ll be making Abanicos, traditional Spanish hand fans, In Flamenco, fans are used to convey emotions, add style, and enhance the dance’s expressiveness. Dinner will be prepared by your chef.
Day 7 - Traditional Flamenco show and farewell dinner.
After breakfast, join your host in a walk to the local village for coffee. Return to the villa for lunch and a lesson in the language of Abanico, using your vey own Abanicos made the day before. The rest of the day is yours to enjoy at the villa or by the pool. This evening, enjoy a traditional Flamenco show at the villa before our farewell dinner.
Day 8 - Adios
After breakfast, some time to pack before the group transfer will collect you and take you back to Seville airport for your flight home. Adios.
