New for 2009 are our week long cooking courses in Tuscany, which are held in Villa Segelato. A sample of the recipes you'll be treated to on this courses can be seen in our Tuscany Recipes section, so you can get a flavour for what type of culinary treats we've got in store for you.

Saturday
Arrive at Pisa airport at approx 15.00 where you will be met by your Flavours host and transfered to Villa Segalato. Welcome drinks and dinner on the terrace
Sunday
After breakfast you have your first cookery lesson followed by lunch. The afternoon is free to enjoy as you wish, with a slow food tasting in the evening before dinner
Monday
Cookery lesson after breakfast, followed by lunch. Private afternoon visit to a winery for a tasting then return to villa for dinner
Tuesday
After breakfast you have another cookery lesson followed by lunch. Afternoon visit to Lucca with a chance to wander around the walled city. Dinner is at a local trattoria
Wednesday
After breakfast, drive to Florence for a full day of sight-seeing at your leisure. Lunch is at a restaurant specically selected by Flavours local staff. Return to the Villa late afternoon for dinner
Thursday
After breakfast you have another cookery lesson then lunch. The afternoon is yours to relax by the pool or walk through the olive groves. Dinner is served at the Villa
Friday
After breakfast you have your final cookery lesson, followed by lunch. Afternoon visit to coastal town of Viareggio. Final dinner at the Villa
