Pasta Frolla Pastry
Ingredients
- 400g Flour 00
- 200g Butter (leave at room temperature for at least 20 minutes before using)
- 150g Sugar
- 1 Egg & 1 Egg Yolk
- Lemon Zest
Instructions
- Mix the sugar and flour together
- Mix in the softened butter and work it in quickly to the mixture
- Add in the egg and egg yolk plus the lemon zest and work together to form the pastry dough
- Set aside and leave to rest in the fridge for a minimum of 30 minutes before using
