Do you charge a single supplement? -

No. Every guest enjoys their own private room with an en-suite bathroom, at no extra cost. We’ve never charged a single supplement — travelling solo should be celebrated, not penalised.


Will I fit in if I’m on my own? -

Absolutely. Most of our guests travel solo, and we make it easy to feel at home before you even set off. A few days before your holiday, you’ll be invited to join a WhatsApp group with your host, tutor, and fellow guests, and we also arrange a pre-holiday Zoom call to make sure you’re all set.

Once on your holiday, our hosts bring the group together naturally — over shared meals, fun activities, and lots of laughter. Many of our guests form lifelong friendships.


How do the transfers from the airport work? -

Each holiday includes a group transfer from the airport to your villa. When you book, our office team will advise you on the recommended flights to match the transfer times.

If you choose a different flight, we can help arrange a private transfer for you (at an additional cost), so you’ll always have a stress-free journey.


What’s the atmosphere like on a Flavours holiday? -

Relaxed, welcoming, and friendly. Guests often say it feels like being on holiday with friends you just haven’t met yet. The sense of community begins before you arrive through the WhatsApp group and Zoom call — and continues with shared experiences and plenty of time to connect (or enjoy quiet moments to yourself).


What if I want some quiet time? -

That’s part of the balance. You’ll have your own en-suite room to retreat to, and our itineraries are designed with flexibility. Join in as much or as little as you like – it’s your holiday, your pace.


What makes a Flavours holiday different? -

We go beyond sightseeing. Whether you’re cooking with local chefs, painting in the sunshine, or exploring hidden villages with our bilingual hosts, you’ll discover authentic experiences you simply wouldn’t find on your own.


What support will I get before and during my holiday? -

From the moment you book, our UK team is here to answer questions and help with travel arrangements. A few days before departure, we’ll connect you with your fellow guests, host, and tutor via a WhatsApp group, and you’ll also be invited to a pre-holiday Zoom call to make sure you feel prepared and excited.

On your holiday, your host and tutors look after every detail — from daily plans to small touches — so you can relax and enjoy every moment.


Do guests travel with you again? -

Yes – most of our guests return for another holiday, and many become part of our Flavours Amici community. We arrange events throughout the UK for our Amici as well as exclusive Amici only holidays.


What should I bring with me? -

  • Pilates Holidays: Mats are provided — just pack comfortable activewear.
  • Painting Holidays: Bring your preferred materials if you wish; we provide easels, stools, and boards, and your tutor will send a list of any extras.
  • Photography Holidays: Bring your camera or iphone
  • Nordic Walking: We supply poles, just bring sturdy footwear for walking
  • Language Holidays: We supply notebooks.
  • Cooking Holidays: Just bring your appetite — everything else is supplied.
