Flavours Graduate Programme

We are delighted to launch our new 2-year graduate programme at Flavours Holidays, covering all areas of the business and giving you the opportunity to understand how to run a business in the travel industry.

This role will be based in our head office in Edinburgh, the beautiful capital of Scotland ranked as one of the best cities to live in Europe steeped in history and culture not to mention a favourite with foodies thanks to the choice of restaurants and bars around the city.

The 2-year programme is broken down into either 3-month or 6-month placements within the different areas of the business. You will be appointed a mentor within the business who will be your point of contact and will support you through your journey with Flavours. You will have a monthly progress meeting with your mentor and the Managing Director.

We encourage creativity and sharing of ideas at Flavours and therefore we have created two graduate paths to enable successful candidates to learn about the business from different perspectives.

Graduate Rotation A

  • Sales Team – 6 months (guest personas / lead nurturing / great conversations / handle objections / Amici calls / sales campaigns / targets / productivity)
  • Operations Team – 6 Months (Flavours experience, hosting, villa visits, visits, guest feedback, itineraries)
  • Customer Experience Team – 3 months (customer journey, personal touch, feedback, planning, complaints process)
  • Marketing Team – 3 months (blog, social media campaigns, newsletters, WordPress, press campaigns)
  • Founder project 1-2 months (a specific project set by the founder to support the growth of the business)
  • Final 3 months – Your choice of final rotation based on your skills, feedback and available placements

Graduate Rotation B

Who you are?

  • You have a minimum 2:1 degree or above
  • You are fluent in Italian, Spanish and/or French
  • Self-starter with a thirst for knowledge
  • Ambitious and looking to progress in a fast-paced environment
  • Effective communicator
  • Love being part of high performing team where change is the norm
