- 150g rocket
- 2 pears
- Parmesan - shaved
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Balsamic vinegar
Wash and dry the rocket. Peal the pears and cut them in very small pieces.
Chop the walnuts as well. Take a bowl and add the rocket, pear pieces, parmesan shavings and walnuts.
Dress the salad as you prefer with salt, extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
