The cooking lessons were excellent and great fun thanks to Vanessas extensive knowledge of Italian cuisine and wonderful personality. I am a bit of a reluctant cook but have returned home with real enthusiasm to try some of the recipes.

The final evening at the villa was the crescendo of our bespoke time together. Some of the ladies conspired with Lorne for an Italian band to play for us, and they sang Happy Birthday to me twice. First, in English, and then, Italian. Mark, Lorne, Frank, Mossimo, and the band made sure our evening was a milestone memory that none of us could forget. Did I mention how gorgeous the food was, too? :-)

The accommodation in the villa was excellent, the staff were great - friendly and helpful - the food overall was good. Our hosts were fab, nothing was too much trouble and they ensured that we felt comfortable and relaxed within the group.
