Tuscany is world famous for its stunning landscape and natural beauty. With rolling green hills, charming hill-top towns and pristine vineyards, there is no better place to develop your photography skills. Let the beautiful scenery inspire your photography. Visit historic cities like Siena and Volterra,  wander their ancient streets and capture the medieval architecture.

The venues for our photography holidays in Tuscany are situated in wonderful gardens with a swimming pool surrounded by rich, relaxing and evocative natural scenery. Ancient olive groves and green meadows make for an ambient mix of shadows and quiet places: the perfect place to relax and inspire the body and mind as well as the creative juices!



After my experiences in Tuscany earlier in the year is was wonderful to see that this trip was excellent as every Flavours holiday had been in the past.

Photography Holiday in Tuscany- Itinerary

Day 1

Arrival and group transfer to the villa.

Benvenuti! Our Flavours transfer will meet you at Pisa airport and take you to the villa where you can settle in, meet your teacher and enjoy welcome drinks. Dinner this evening is at the villa, prepared by your chef.

Day 2

Your first photography session

After breakfast you will have your first photography session to ease you into the week, followed by lunch. In the afternoon, you will be set a small project to complete around the villa, and you will then have the chance to chat about the results over a glass of Prosecco before dinner.

Day 3

Photography lesson and trip to local town.

Enjoy your second photography lesson this morning after breakfast. You’ll then head out and about in the Tuscan countryside to a beautiful local town, with the opportunity to capture the Tuscan landscape. Packed lunch will be provided by your chef for your trip. Return to the villa later in the afternoon for another photography session with your tutor before enjoying a traditional Italian Aperitivo and dinner, prepared by your chef.

Tuscany Photography Holiday Market Trip

Day 4

Third photography session and relaxing afternoon.

Your third lesson will concentrate on photographing the food that the chef prepares for lunch, and tell the story of the meal as the ingredients come together. Enjoy lunch, then we will go to a local winery. Dinner  tonight will be prepared for you at the villa.

Day 5

Day trip to a local town for Market Day.

After breakfast, you’ll head to a local town for Market Day, where you will find lots of marvellous opportunities for interesting photographs. Lunch will be at a local trattoria, followed by a photography assignment in the city, before heading back to the villa for dinner.

Day 6

Photography lesson followed by trip to a local winery.

This morning you will have another lesson at the villa, followed by lunch. In the afternoon, you will visit a local winery, followed by a drive around the area to photograph classic Tuscan views. Dinner tonight is at our favourite local trattoria.

Day 7

Final photography session and farewell dinner.

After breakfast you will have your final lesson, followed by lunch at the villa. Enjoy your afternoon relaxing at the villa by pool, or in the grounds. In the evening before dinner, you will have the opportunity to share your best photos from the week with the group. A special farewell dinner will follow, prepared by the chef.

Day 8

Group transport to the airport.

After breakfast, our group transfer will collect you and return you to the airport. Arrivederci!

  • On the first day of your holiday, your transfer driver will meet you in the arrivals hall of Pisa International Airport at 2.00 pm.
