Pilates holidays in Marrakech

Day 1

Welcome to Morocco!

Welcome to Morocco! You will arrive at the villa where you can settle in, meet your teacher and host and enjoy welcome drinks. Dinner this evening is at the villa, prepared by your chef.

Day 2

Begin the day with an energising morning Pilates lesson with your teacher.

Begin the day with an energising morning Pilates lesson with your teacher. To help you adjust to your first full day in Morocco, the rest of the day will be leisurely – enjoy the pool, sunbathe and relax into the villa. Lunch will be at the villa. Your tutor will also have a one to one session with each of you helping with your individual needs and program for the rest of the week. Enjoy another Pilates lesson before dinner this evening, which is prepared by your chef at the villa.

Day 3

Visit to the Medina with a guide

Start your day with your Pilates lesson and this morning after breakfast, we will head out to Marrakech to spend some time shopping in the Medina with your own personal shopper and grab a bargain or two before enjoying lunch at one of our favourite local spots. Return late afternoon to the villa for your next Pilates lesson. Dinner will be prepared by your chef at the villa.

Day 4

Optional guided walk in Atlas mountains followed by lunch at a mountain resort restaurant

After your morning Pilates session, we will head into the mountains for lunch at Kasbah Bab Ourika , an oasis of calm in the mountains with 360 degree panoramic views and beautiful manicured gardens to explore. There will be an optional short guided walk* in the Atlas before lunch – following the course of the River Ourika , you will walk to the Kasbah for lunch.
( approx. 90 mins walking and 60 min transfer time ) We will return to the villa late afternoon. There will be a shorter pilates stretching lesson. Dinner this evening will be prepared by your chef.

*If you are intending to take the guided walk, please ensure that you bring along hiking / sturdy footwear , walking poles if you have them and a light day pack to carry your essentials. The walk is classed as gentle/moderate.

Day 5

Treat yourself to a massage

This morning, enjoy another Pilates lesson, after which you are free to relax . Lunch will be at the villa. After lunch, for those of you who may fancy a bit of pampering, you’re welcome to enjoy the villa’s massage treatments ( additional cost per treatment ). Another Pilates session late afternoon, before dinner at the villa.

Day 6

Trip to Lake Takerkoust for lunch

Start your morning with an energising Pilates lesson and after breakfast we will take a trip to Lake Takerkoust in the foothills of the Lower Atlas ( 45 min transfer time ). Lunch will be at the lakeside before returning to the villa for your second pilates lesson of the day. Tonight your dinner will be at the villa.

Day 7

Last day with a special farewell dinner

After your energising morning Pilates session, we will have an optional trip back into Marrakech with the opportunity to visit the famous Majorelle Gardens or do more shopping. Lunch will be at the villa with followed by a relaxing afternoon and your final Pilates class. A special farewell dinner will prepared by your chef at the villa this evening.

Day 8

Goodbye Morocco, until next time

After breakfast, the group transfer will collect you and take you back to Marrakech airport for your flight home.
