Pilates Short Breaks in Tuscany
Tuscany has a beauty all of its own, with its emerald hills, lush vineyards and olive groves, and it benefits from long sunny days well into autumn. This makes it the ideal setting for a spring Pilates break. You will enjoy your Pilates lesson at our fantastic villa and immerse yourself in the local culture with visits to Volterra (a walled town southwest of Florence, in Italy) and a local Tuscan vineyard.

Pilates Short Break in Tuscany - Itinerary
Arrive at Pisa airport and transfer to your private Tuscan villa, near Volterra. Meet your Pilates teacher, settle in and enjoy welcome drinks. Have your first Pilates lesson before dinner at the villa.
Today begins with an early rise for a group Pilates session, before breakfast together surrounded by the stunning Tuscan countryside. Your day will be spent at the villa relaxing, enjoying the pool and having your one to one Pilates session with your teacher. Lunch and dinner will be prepared for you at the villa by your very own chef.
Another early start this morning ensures you’ll get the most out of your final full day, with a group Pilates class followed by a freshly prepared healthy breakfast. The afternoon will be spent in the town of Volterra, one of Tuscany’s best preserved historical towns. Enjoy the afternoon sightseeing or shopping at leisure and lunch will be at a trattoria in central Volterra. You will return to the villa in the evening for your farewell dinner prepared by the chef.
Enjoy a final morning Pilates session with your new friends, then have time to pack and take one last swim in the villa’s pool after breakfast. After a farewell lunch together, transfer to Pisa airport for your flight home.
