Villa Accommodation
Villa Casanova is an Italian homestead from the early 19th century with rustic, spacious interiors typical for rural Tuscan architecture. It is located in the unmistakable Chianti countryside, an area famous for its breathtaking natural scenery, and the villa is surrounded by stunning olive groves and vineyards. Outside there is a communal dining area, swimming pool and wonderful gardens to relax in.
Yoga Retreat in Tuscany - Itinerary
Day 1
Arrive at Pisa airport and transfer to your private Tuscan villa in the Chianti countryside, near Siena. Once you’ve settled in you’ll enjoy a welcome drinks with your host, Aggie MacKenzie, followed by a late lunch. You’ll have your first yoga lesson before dinner at the villa.

Day 2
Today begins with an early rise for a group yoga session, before breakfast together surrounded by the stunning Tuscan countryside. In the afternoon, take a trip to Siena to enjoy time for shopping and sight-seeing, with highlights including the Palazzo Pubblico and Siena Cathedral. Tonight, you’ll stay in Siena for dinner at a traditional Trattoria, trying out some of the region’s delicious rustic delicacies, before returning to your villa.

Day 3
Another early start this morning ensures you’ll get the most out of your final full day, with a group yoga class followed by a freshly prepared healthy breakfast. Afterwards, enjoy some time relaxing in the villa’s pool and gardens, and take part in an informal Q&A with Aggie MacKenzie.
This afternoon, you’ll visit a local winery to learn about the wine-making process during a tour of the premises, and then try out some of the wonderful wines they make. You’ll also have the option of a massage today, before a final dinner at your villa.

Day 4
Enjoy a final morning yoga session with your new friends today, then have time to pack and take one last swim in the villa’s pool after breakfast. After a farewell lunch together, transfer to Pisa airport for your flight home.
