As the birthplace of Prosecco and Tiramisu, the Veneto region is a great place to discover authentic Italian cuisine! The region’s proximity to the sea and the Venetian lagoon makes Veneto a great place for seafood lovers as well.

Our villa is away from the hustle and bustle situated in the wine region of the Veneto near Treviso, surrounded by rolling green hills and local vineyards – perfect for four days of relaxation and cooking!



My favourite part of the holiday was the trip to the wine tasting. They not only gave us exceptional wines to taste but also delicious cheeses, hams and bread to soak it up!

Italian Cooking Short Break in Venice - Itinerary

Day 1

Benvenuti! Group transport to villa and first cookery lesson.

Benvenuti! Welcome to Venice! You will arrive at the villa where you can settle in, meet your chef and host, enjoy welcome drinks and a light lunch. Later this afternoon, you will be in the kitchen for your first cooking lesson with the chef, enjoying the results for dinner.

Day 2

Enjoy your second cookery class and then off to a private prosecco tasting.

This morning, enjoy your second cooking lesson with your chef, followed by lunch. In the afternoon, you will visit a local winery for a private Prosecco tasting. After this, you’ll return to the villa where you will have time to relax at the villa. Dinner is prepared by your chef.

Day 3

Explore stunning Venice including lunch at a typical Bacaro

Following breakfast, our transfer will collect the group and take you to Venice. Here you will have the day at your leisure to wander around this stunning city. Whether you choose to explore the mysterious passageways by foot or float along the maze of canals, Venice offers an abundance of stunning architecture and breathtaking views – don’t miss the Basilica di San Marco or the hustle and bustle of the Rialto food market. Enjoy lunch organised at a typical Bacaro in the heart of the city. Return to the villa late afternoon and enjoy dinner prepared by your chef.

Day 4

Transfer to airport. Arrivederci!

After breakfast, you will be in the kitchen making “cicchetti” with your chef and after lunch our transfer will collect you and take you back to Marco Polo Airport for your flight home. Arrivederci!

Villa Accommodation

Our villa is a beautiful Venetian manor house situated near the small town of Treviso. Dating back to the 1500s, the villa has a rich history and sumptuously decorated rooms.   • On the final day of your holiday, you will be collected and dropped off at Venice Marco Polo Airport at 3:30 pm.
